A modern update for the wet bar in the great room was added to the scope of the MPM renovation halfway through the project. The room was likely an addition in the 70s and features wood clad ceilings, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, stone fireplace. It was all in it’s original condition and it became clear it needed a bit of a facelift as the other areas of the house were refreshed.
The original wet bar was expanded a bit to allow ample storage space for glassware, art supplies and board games. We also updated the dining area of the great room with fresh modern lighting to tie in the lighting used in the other spaces.
